Today’s very special blog post is brought to you by Moscow Mule Mugs, my new favorite place to get handcrafted beautiful copper mugs. Sammy and I recently connected with Jessica the creator of Moscow Mule Mugs, where she herself gifted and delivered two of her gorgeous creations to us. The minute I got my hands on her product, my eyes lit up like a kid in a candy store. It’s true that quality is everything, and for $12.50 that’s exactly what you’ll get. Not a bad price right? My thoughts exactly. Get out there and order some for yourself by clicking HERE, I promise you will not be disappointed. And even better you will be supporting a small up and coming business, which I myself feel is very important.
It didn’t take long to come up with delicious recipes to fill these new mugs with, and the timing couldn’t be more perfect. There is nothing like a delicious cocktail in a fancy mug, at the start of the weekend, and during one of the hottest months of the summer. So starting today, and every Friday for the next 3 weeks, we will be sharing a unique and easy to make moscow mule recipe. Hopefully you will be serving them in your new copper mug, but any cup or mug will do.
The recipe featured today is a strawberry moscow mule float that is quite literally the definition of a summer cocktail. I love breaking this recipe down, so let’s do it. In a single glass we have vodka, ginger beer, lime juice, and a scoop of strawberry ice cream. Uhh YUMMMM! It’s so refreshing for a daytime drink, and the addition of the ice cream is everything. It’s like an adult version of a root beer float, only fruitier. Whip these up at your next party for a guaranteed good time. And it certainly will become a crowd favorite.
Don’t forget to check out Moscow Mule Mugs for high quality copper mugs, and we will provide delicious recipes to go along with them. We hope you have enjoyed your time on our blog, and that you come back to us for all your recipe needs!
