Happy St. Patrick’s Day from the girls at Blooming Bites! We’re excited to bring to you this original recipe created by our recipe developer, and wow it’s the perfect St. Patrick’s Day treat!
The process in making these was so fun and different, and we’re going to talk a little bit about that today. Instead of just filling the bottom of our glasses with the jello mixture, we took it step further and added a design element to it. It’s so easy and adds that extra bit a flare that makes these look so impressive!
You will need a muffin tin, (big or small depending on your glass size) we used your average size and slightly angled each glass in the slots of the muffin tin. We then proceeded in filling up those glasses while angles, creating that awesome triangular shape you see pictured. It will be easy to see that you’ve done it right by looking at each glass, the liquid should sit diagonally. If not make adjustments as needed.
Then you can add all the toppings we have listed below, starting with the crumbled angel food cake. Next you will add the cool whip, lime zest, coconut flakes, and a lucky charm marshmallow!
It’s little styling elements like this that can elevate your food photography.
