It’s almost the weekend, and it already feels like BBQ season is in full swing. I always feel like memorial day marks the beginning of summer even though it doesn’t technically start for another month. Does anyone else feel this way? It appears so because as a fellow blog reader, i’ve noticed a lot of food bloggers breaking out their grill game early this season. Not that I am complaining, god knows I LOVE a good burger on the grill. Be sure to check out my favorite turkey burger recipe here.
Anyways, our recipe for the day today is SoCal street corn cooked on the grill with all the fixings. Seriously though, this is so DELICIOUS you guys! Included in the spread is all the favorites such as mayo, sour cream, garlic salt, and lime juice. And where it gets even better is when you sprinkle (more like lather) on some parmesan cheese, add a pinch of paprika, and garnish with cilantro. YUM right?!
What is so great about this recipe, like most of the recipes we share, is how quick and easy it is to make. I know we sound like a broken record sometimes, but mostly we like to share foods that are tasty to eat and stress free to make. Having a handful of recipes like this is key to meal planning. It’s also a great to feed the masses. If you are having a BBQ and need a great grill recipe, everyone will go crazy over these. Stick them on a skewer, and people can just walk around and snack on these bad boys. We hope you’ve enjoyed your time on our blog, and please come back again soon! Happy eating!
