Im sure you all are aware that smoothies are totally trending right now, and we are loving it. We have recently come across this awesome way to prep smoothies for the week, like one would prep crockpot freezer meals for the week.
Like crockpot meal planning, there is a lot of preparation involved in making smoothies. From picking out the fruits, veggies, and liquids you want. To cutting up all the fruit and figuring out how and where to store everything, even making the smoothie (not that it takes long but it is an added step); this is all very time consuming. Which brings us to the reason for this post.

While all the shopping and prep is still necessary, it’s one day and all your ingredients get blended and conveniently stored in ice cube trays until you’re ready to enjoy. Perfect for those living life on the go. It’s as simple as deciding what smoothie you’re feeling that day, popping them out the ice tray and into a glass. Our favorite part is by the time you get to where you’re going, it’s not warm and melted but slightly softened and still cold for you to enjoy.

The smoothies cubes you see pictured includes our favorite defense up juice by evolution, milk, orange, mango, apple, and pineapple. We love including lots of flavors but to each there own. There are endless delicious possibilities when it comes to smoothies, and any recipe you use can be turned into these tasty and convenient frozen cubes. This trick has definitely helped us in our goal to live a healthy lifestyle. We hope you all enjoy!
