Watermelon Feta Salad
It doesn’t get more refreshing than this salad filled with watermelon, cucumber noodles, and feta topped with a white balsamic and oil dressing.
large watermelon, balled with a melon baller
mint. finely chopped
fresh basil, finely chopped
cracked black pepper
white balsamic vinegar
(or white wine vinegar)
extra virgin oil
feta cheese, crumbled
Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl and toss until well combined.
Place in the refrigerator and let sit for 10-15 minutes for the flavors to blend.
Divide into serving bowls and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
