  • 2cups coconut silk
  • 2tbs chia seed
  • 2tbs maple syrup
  • 1cup fresh strawberries
  • 2cups frozen strawberries
  • 1cup coconut soy ice cream
  1. Sprinkle chia seed in bottom of each mold
  2. In a blender, combine coconut silk, syrup, fresh & frozen strawberries, ice cream, and blend until fully combined.
  3. Fill mold with “shake”
  4. Using a knife, gently mix in the chia seeds at the bottom
  5. Freeze for at least 5 hours or until completely frozen.
Recipe Notes

Let popsicle’s sit out for 5-10 minutes before removing from mold.
