St. Patrick’s Day Jello Parfait
Angel Food Cake
get store bought cake, and crumble
lucky charms marshmallows
Make your jello according to packet instructions.
Pour jello mixture in your glass of choice. To get it looking like we have photographed, at a slight angle place glass in a muffin tray and let sit in refrigerator for minimum 3 hours.
While the jello sets, prepare your lime zest topping.
Toast your coconut flakes for 5 min at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
Once jello has hardened, fill your glass with crumbled angel food cake, and top with Cool Whip, lime zest, coconut flakes, and a lucky charm marshmallow.
