Heat oven to 400F. Line 12 inch pan with foil, spray with cooking spray. Spread half of the chips evenly on the pan.
In a skillet cook the beef over medium heat, until all the meat is browned. Stir in taco seasoning and mix cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
Arrange half of the beef on the chips, then a layer of pinto beans, black beans, corn, pico de gallo, then cheese. Add the rest of the chips and layer all ingredients for a second time. ending with a little extra cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes. Then add fresh toppings like guacamole, sour cream, and fresh cilantro.
