  • 1/4 cup defense up juice
  • 1/4 cup milk, almond milk or our favorite, vanilla almond malk
  • 1 whole fresh banana
  • half of a fresh orange,freeze the other half and add to another smoothie later
  • 1cup your favorite frozen fruitwe used mango, apple, pineapple
  1. Add all the ingredients into your blender. Remember, liquids first, then fresh fruits, and then top it off with frozen fruit and blend until smooth
  2. Pour the smoothie mix into a square rubber cube mold and freeze overnight.
  3. In the morning press the cubes into a to-go cup and let cubes melt on your way to work.
