Be sure to add this slow cooker korean bbq recipe to your weekday meal plan if you like a beef chuck roast marinated in a sweet sauce with hints of sesame, ginger, and soy sauce served over a bed of jasmine rice.
2-3lbbeef chuck roast
1packetCampbell’s slow cooker sweet korean BBQ sauce
2cupsjasmine riceprepared according to package
green onion, thinly sliced
In a bowl, season your chuck roast with salt and pepper
Add Campbell’s sauce packet and marinate for 30-45 minutes (optional step)
Place chuck roast in a slow cooker (if you didn’t marinate the chuck roast, now would be the time to add your sauce)
Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 7-8 hours
20 minutes before your roast is done, prep your jasmine rice, and serve shredded chuck roast on top of your cooked rice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
Note: Top with green onion and sesame seeds (optional, but highly recommended)
