Slow Cooker Sweet Korean BBQ
Be sure to add this slow cooker korean bbq recipe to your weekday meal plan if you like a beef chuck roast marinated in a sweet sauce with hints of sesame, ginger, and soy sauce served over a bed of jasmine rice.
  • 2-3lb beef chuck roast
  • 1packet Campbell’s slow cooker sweet korean BBQ sauce
  • 2cups jasmine riceprepared according to package
Toppings (optional):
  • sesame seeds
  • green onion, thinly sliced
  1. In a bowl, season your chuck roast with salt and pepper
  2. Add Campbell’s sauce packet and marinate for 30-45 minutes (optional step)
  3. Place chuck roast in a slow cooker (if you didn’t marinate the chuck roast, now would be the time to add your sauce)
  4. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or on low for 7-8 hours
  5. 20 minutes before your roast is done, prep your jasmine rice, and serve shredded chuck roast on top of your cooked rice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
