Ingredients
  • 1head of romaine lettuce
  • 1/2cup sliced tomatoes
  • 1cup diced salami
  • 3/4cup diced provolone cheese
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and diced
  • Girard’s Italian dressing
Instructions
  1. Chop and wash head of romaine lettuce.
  2. Slice tomatoes, small dice salami, small dice provolone cheese, peel and dice cucumber, and toss in Girard’s Italian dressing. Enjoy immediately after tossing salad or it will get soggy.
