Overnight Swiss Oatmeal
With all the hearty meals being eaten this Holiday season, don’t forget to mix it up with a healthy and easy breakfast now and again.

  • 1cup rolled oats
  • 1cup boiling water
  • 1tsp salt
  • splash of milk
  • 2tbs honey
  • 1/3cup sliced almondswe used honey roasted sliced almonds
  • 1tbs grated apple,or more to taste
  1. In a mason jar or airtight container, combine oats, salt, and boiling water. Allow to come to room temperature. Cover and let sit in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Before serving, add splash of milk, honey, grated apple, sliced almonds. Stir to combine, and enjoy!
