One Pot Cheesy Taco Pasta
This one pot taco pasta topped with frito corn chips is a flavorful easy to make meal that feeds the whole family in just 35 minutes.
pinch of black pepper
(we used Penzey’s original taco seasoning)
jarred mild salsa
uncooked rotini pasta
shredded mexican style cheese
crushed frito corn chips
chopped green onion
Preheat a large deep skillet over medium heat.
Add ground turkey and season with salt and pepper.
Cook, stirring occasionally until cooked thoroughly.
Stir taco seasoning into ground beef then stir in water, salsa and pasta noodles.
Bring mixture to a boil.
Stir, cover and reduce heat to a simmer.
Cook for about 15 minutes until pasta is tender. Top with any of the optional toppings listed above, and enjoy!
