No Bake Bourbon Balls
If your not a sweet sweets kind of person, these No Bake Bourbon Balls are perfect with a distinct kick of bourbon in addition to the sweet flavors.
powdered sugar + 1/2 cup for rollings balls in
light corn syrup
Sift together cocoa and 1 cup powdered sugar, and stir in bourbon and light corn syrup until fully combined.
In a food processor, pulse vanilla wafers and pecans together until it forms a chunky crumb like consistency and add combine with bourbon mixture thoroughly.
Roll mixture into small balls, and dredge in remaining ½ cup powdered sugar.
