Kansas City Style Slow Cooker BBQ Ribs
It doesn’t get better than these Kansas style BBQ ribs seasoned and slow cooked to perfection. The end result is delicious flavor with a melt in your mouth kind of ribs dinner.

Ingredients
  • 3lbs pork back ribs
  • 1bottle Sweet Baby Ray’s original BBQ Sauce
  • 6(12oz) Root beer(we used hansen’s root beer)
  • Weber’s KC BBQ Rub
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp pepper
Instructions
  1. Cut Rib rack in half, and generously rub with Weber’s KC BBQ.
  2. Allow to marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight is best.
  3. Sprinkle ribs with Salt and Pepper, then place in slow cooker.
  4. Pour root beer over the ribs in the slow cooker until the ribs are covered.
  5. Cover slow cooker with lid and cook on HIGH for 4 hours, or LOW for 8 hours, or until done.
  6. When ribs are finished, remove from slow cooker and brush with Sweet Baby Ray’s original BBQ Sauce before serving.
