Homemade Almond Milk
You will never store buy Almond Milk again once you try this homemade recipe. It’s worth the effort for some fresh dairy free deliciousness.
2 cups
2 cups
  • 7oz almonds
  • 1/4cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2tsp vanilla
  • 2tbs water
  • cheesecloth or nut milk bag
  1. Blanch almonds by soaking them in boiling hot water for 5-10 or until the skin starts to loosen.
  2. Peel skin, and add almonds and 1 tbs of water to food processor or blender.
  3. Add nut mixture to a cheesecloth or nut milk bag and squeeze reserving the liquid.
  4. Refrigerate liquid for at least 2 hours.
  5. Enjoy with cereal, coffee, or even by it’s own delicious self.
