Homemade Almond Milk
You will never store buy Almond Milk again once you try this homemade recipe. It’s worth the effort for some fresh dairy free deliciousness.
cheesecloth or nut milk bag
Blanch almonds by soaking them in boiling hot water for 5-10 or until the skin starts to loosen.
Peel skin, and add almonds and 1 tbs of water to food processor or blender.
Add nut mixture to a cheesecloth or nut milk bag and squeeze reserving the liquid.
Refrigerate liquid for at least 2 hours.
Enjoy with cereal, coffee, or even by it’s own delicious self.
