Gnocchi with Pumpkin, Sage and Turkey Bacon
This loaded gnocchi pasta has sage, turkey bacon, and cheese that’s tossed in a delicious pumpkin pasta sauce.

Ingredients
  • 1small bunch, chopped fresh sage
  • 4slices turkey bacon, cooked and copped
  • 2oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/4cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1(16 oz) package of gnocchi
  • 1(8 oz) jar of Williams Sonoma Pumkpkin Sauce(see note below
  • salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Bring a medium pot of water to a boil
  2. In a large skillet combine pumpkin pasta sauce, bacon, sage, and cream cheese
  3. Simmer for at least 5 minutes
  4. When water begins to boil, add gnocchi and cook according to package directions.
  5. Add parmesan to sauce while the gnocchi cooks
  6. Top cooked gnocchi with pasta sauce, extra sage and parmesan if desired
  7. Enjoy!
