Easy 10-minute Greek Salad

  • 1large cucumber
  • 1 1/4cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1small onion,
  • 1/2cup tradtional feta cheese
  • Girard’s greek feta dressing
  1. Small dice the cucumber, cut the cherry tomatoes in half, thinly slice the onion, and add crumbled feta (we used a block of feta and cut into small cubes).
  2. Top and toss with your greek feta dressing, we usually use about half the bottle but to each their own. You can either enjoy it immediately or let it sit in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
