Coconut Iced Coffee
  • coffee, brewed and chilled
  • 1cup dairy free almond milk creamer(we used Califia Farms Vanilla Almond Milk Creamer)
  • 1cup thai coconut milk
  • 2tbs coconut water
  1. Brew a pot of coffee (as much as you normally would) and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
  2. Combine the almond creamer, coconut milk, and coconut water.
  3. In a cup add ice (we froze coffee in ice cube trays overnight to add to this drink) and your cold brewed coffee
  4. Add as much of the coconut and almond cream mixture to the iced coffee as you like. Enjoy!
