Chocolate and Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
Why have just chocolate chip cookies when you can throw some peanut butter chips in the mix as well. I promise, you won’t regret it.

Ingredients
  • 2 1/4cups all purpose flour
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1cup butter, softened
  • 3/4cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4cup packed brown sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1cup chocolate morsels
  • 1cup peanut butter morsels
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375° F.
  2. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract in large mixer bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate and peanut butter morsels. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased baking sheets.
  3. Bake for 9 to 11 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.

Refrigerate dough up to 1 week, and freeze for up to 2 months.
