Chicken Salad Lettuce Cups
In continuing to plan our super bowl Sunday menu, we’ve added these delicious Chicken Salad Lettuce Cups that are a new favorite addition.
For Chicken Salad
cooked chicken, diced or shredded
celery, small diced
salt and paprika to taste
serve in lettuce cups
For French Dressing
Combine diced or shred cooked chicken (we used leftover rotisserie), and diced celery in a bowl, and set aside in refrigerator.
Make french dressing by adding all ingredients in a small bowl, and mix until fully combined.
Add to bowl of chicken and celery, french dressing, mayonnaise, chia seed, hemp heart, salt, and paprika.
Mix well, and spoon into lettuce wraps.
Serve immediately, and enjoy!
