Ramen bowls are on the rage, and this homemade recipe is loaded with all the best ingredients making it feel like your at a sit down ramen restaurant.
2packs Chicken Ramen
2whole chicken breasts

Start water for poaching the eggs. Season your chicken with your favorite Asian spices. Heat skillet to medium heat and sear the chicken on both sides (2-3 min on each side). Then add the mushrooms to the pan and turn down to low heat until the chicken and mushrooms are fully cooked.
Start the water for the Ramen. Poach your eggs while the Ramen is cooking.
Chop up your green onion, and chicken. Now start building your bowl starting with the Ramen, then add your favorite seaweed, mushrooms, poached egg, chicken, green onion, top with sesame seeds.
