apples, cored and chopped
blueberries, fresh or frozen
Combine all ingredients except blueberries in a medium sauce pan.
Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes.
Then add your blueberries and cook for an additional 5-10 minutes
With an immersion blender, blend applesauce until smooth.
Serve warm or cold.
