Baked Macaroni
This cheesy Baked Macaroni is the ultimate delicious family meal, perfect for those busy work weeks.

  • 1package macaroni pasta
  • 2cups shredded cheddar cheese(plus more to sprinkle on top)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2/3cups milk
  • 6oz small cubed and softened cream cheese
  • 1/4tsp salt
  • 1/8tsp paprika
  • pinch of cayenne
  • 2tbs fresh chopped parsley
  • 1tbs grated onion
  • bread crumbs
  • dots of butter
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook macaroni pasta according to package or 1 minute under. Drain, and set aside.
  3. Butter a 13×9 glass baking dish, add macaroni, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and mix together.
  4. In a bowl combine, eggs, milk, salt, paprika, grated onion, pinch of cayenne, chopped parsley, a softened/small cubed cream cheese and top macaroni with sauce.
  5. Sprinkle over top evenly, dots of butter, more shredded cheddar, and bread crumbs.
  6. Bake in oven for 40 minutes, and serve hot.
