This cheesy Baked Macaroni is the ultimate delicious family meal, perfect for those busy work weeks.
shredded cheddar cheese
(plus more to sprinkle on top)
small cubed and softened cream cheese
pinch of cayenne
fresh chopped parsley
dots of butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook macaroni pasta according to package or 1 minute under. Drain, and set aside.
Butter a 13×9 glass baking dish, add macaroni, 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and mix together.
In a bowl combine, eggs, milk, salt, paprika, grated onion, pinch of cayenne, chopped parsley, a softened/small cubed cream cheese and top macaroni with sauce.
Sprinkle over top evenly, dots of butter, more shredded cheddar, and bread crumbs.
Bake in oven for 40 minutes, and serve hot.
