Ahi Tuna and Salmon Poke Bowl

Ingredients
Poke Bowl
  • 1scoop white or brown rice(we used a normal size ice cream scooper)
  • 1scoop spicy tuna(we used a normal size ice cream scooper as well)
  • 1/4cup edamame, shelled
  • .5lb ahi tuna sashimi
  • .5lb salmon sashimi
  • mixed lettuce
  • cucumber spears
  • ginger
  • lemon slice
Fish Marinade
  • 2tbs soy sauce
  • 1tsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1tsp sesame seeds, plus more for garnish
Spicy Mayo
  • 1/2cup mayo
  • 1tsp sriracha sauce
Instructions
  1. Whisk together the soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil and seeds, and red pepper flakes in a medium mixing bowl. Add the tuna and salmon, gently stir together and let marinate for 5 minutes
  2. Meanwhile, prepare all other ingredients you’d like to add to your poke bowl (see ingredients list above)
  3. To serve, scoop rice into bowls, and top with all ingredients or those of your choosing.
