Ingredients
For smoothie
  • 1pack frozen acaiwe usually buy Sambazon smoothie packs
  • Heaping 1/2 – 3/4 cups fresh fruitusually mixed berries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4cup coconut milkany nut milk works too
  • 1/4cup evolution’s defense up juice
Toppings
  • chia seed
  • almonds
  • banana
  • date’s
  • blueberries
  • chocolate covered buckwheat
  • buckwheat
  • hemp heart
  • flak seed
Instructions
  1. Put all the main ingredients in a blender until smooth. If too thick, just keep adding a little coconut milk until it reaches the desired consistency.
  2. Add your toppings.
