Today, we are bringing to you an easy to make German pork schnitzel that is one of our childhood favorites. This is a perfect recipe for those busy weeknights, and if it isn’t already, will soon become a family favorite. And knowing from first hand experience, this recipe is definitely kid friendly.
The process in making these is quite simple really. All you do is pound your pork chops into thin cutlets, lightly bread them, and sautee to perfection. The result is a crispy exterior and juicy center. Easy enough right? Don’t forget to serve with a lemon wedge, probably the most important step that need not be overlooked!
