The things we do for our animals am I right? I mean my dog literally sleeps on my pillow with me. And half way through the night I wake up on the very edge of my king size bed. I’m not bitter, instead I reward her with these homemade Peanut Butter Pumpkin Dog Treats. They are healthy and delicious (to the dog of course). Spoiled much?
I mean after all they are apart of the family. The joy they bring to our lives is selfless and true, we don’t deserve them and we couldn’t be more grateful for them. Baking homemade treats takes little effort. It also gives both Sammy and I piece of mind that we know exactly what we’re feeding our furry children.
With dog friendly ingredients such as peanut butter, pumpkin, shaved carrots, and coconut oil/peanut butter for the drizzle even food sensitive pups can enjoy these drool worthy treats. Speaking of pups, we have a new addition to the Blooming Bites team.
Meet Butter’s, Sammy’s 13 week old lab shepherd mix!
He was our guinea pig as Sammy prepared these specifically for him. Clearly you can see there was no hesitation in accepting his new favorite snack.
I think this next photo is my favorite, and the reason you need to make these for your furry friends today. I swear, you can’t plan this, he is literally licking every last bit off the ground. Don’t miss out on this awesome recipe, and as the holiday’s approach there is no better time to treat your dogs. Also makes a great gift for your friends dogs as well.
That’s a wrap for the blog post today, and thanks for tuning in! We hope you have enjoyed your time with us, and have a wonderful day!
