TGIF everyone! We are in love this with this Peach Streusel Muffin Tops recipe that we’ve been dying to share. We mentioned in the Roasted Butternut Squash and Cranberry Salad post that we’d be revealing this special recipe today. And it’s finally here! Everyone seems to love a good muffin top recipe, and this is our second so far. Last fall we shared a copycat recipe for Panera Bread’s Pumpkin Muffin Tops, and according to google analytics, is our most searched blog post yet.
So naturally we thought it would be a good idea to blog another muffin top recipe. Genius right?! This one is a summery version (while we still have a bit of summer left), and as much as I love everything pumpkin, this peach streusel recipe gives the pumpkin recipe a run for it’s money.
The crumble on top of the peach muffin tops is what does it for me personally. Shocker right? I mean don’t get me wrong, the chunks of peach in this delicious melt-in-your mouth batter is perfection. But made even better with the addition of the cinnamon sugar crumble and vanilla glaze. All these flavors is like an explosion of sweet goodness, and is a true culinary experience everyone must have.
I’d also like to add on top of it’s delicious flavor, it’s manageable for anyone to make; even those who aren’t confident bakers. All you need are the ingredients (which other than the peaches, everything else is a staple in my kitchen), and a muffin top pan which can be purchased HERE.
Personally, i’ll be making muffin tops from now on instead of regular muffins because the muffin top is the best part anyway! Adjust the timing and apply any one of your favorite muffin recipes and you’re sure to get your money’s worth with the muffin top pan. We will also be sharing a bunch more muffin top recipes this fall season, so stay tuned for those coming soon!
That concludes are post for today, and we hope you have enjoyed yourself and come back soon. Have a great weekend friends!
