So tell me this sounds too good to be true. Take a package of frozen cinnamon rolls, cut into quarters, and place at the bottom of a baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, whisk together, and pour on top of cinnamon rolls. Let sit the fridge overnight, and bake first thing in the morning for a delicious breakfast. Pinch me, I think I am dreaming. This is totally a thing, and it’s AMAZING!
There is only so much I can do first thing in the morning without sitting for 20 – 30 minutes to drink my cup of coffee, let alone make a decadent breakfast like this. I mean, this is meal planning at it’s finest right?! It’s recipes like this that actually get me excited about starting my day, and it’s so easy literally anyone can do it. My ten year old niece could make this. Not only would she make it, she would devour it! It’s sweet, gooey, and oh so satisfying. And it’s the perfect combination of cinnamon rolls and french toast, so you never have to choose which one you want! In my household, it’s ongoing battle which is the favorite, and that battle is now OVER! YAY! I can’t be the only one that’s dealt with this issue. I think it’s safe to say if this is the biggest argument my husband and I have, we’re doing pretty darn good!
We’ve got a list of our favorite breakfast recipes so far, listed below, and this one for sure makes it on that list.
