Today, we’ve got the creme de la creme of all burger recipes and we’re so excited to share it with you all. And the star of the show are the cooked to perfection caramelized onions. There not your typical caramelized onions, and this is going to blow your mind! There sauteed in balsamic vinegar! Yup, thats right, not your typical recipe right?
Because of these incredibly flavorful onions, we went for a mild mix of spices for the ground turkey and boy are we glad we did. Anything more and it would have clashed with the bold flavor from the onion. The only thing left, and it’s truly a key ingredient, is a nice thin slice of provolone cheese. So much yum! A little trick we used to get the perfect sized cheese slices was simply using a round cookie cutter, and this helped get these sliders camera ready for sure.
And if you’re anything like us, we have really enjoyed welcoming back this BBQ weather. We are officially done hibernating, and ready to embrace the outdoors again. So let’s be honest here, hosting for any number of people can seem like a daunting task. With these easy to make bite sized appetizers, it definitely helps take the pressure off. It’s always good to have a hand full of recipes you’re confident in making, and you know is always going to come out tasting amazing.
