It is so easy to run out to a fast food joint up the street for a quick lunch, but that should be something that’s done once in a blue moon if at all. We admit, we’re guilty of taking the easy way out, and it’s a constant internal battle of making healthy choices.
So, let’s do it together shall we. It’s always helpful to have someone there to encourage and help you make healthier choices. Which is what we are hoping to do for you with this healthy zucchini pasta salad. Pick one day (Sunday’s are usually best) to get all your ingredient chopped up, separated, and stored. Don’t forget to prepare your dressings as well.
Either the night before or morning of, throw everything in the jar in the order instructed below. Your other option is to add your ingredients to jar right then, and this will last for up to 5 days.
