Our BBQ filled week at Blooming Bites is coming to a close, and we thoroughly enjoyed eating every last bit of all our BBQ creations. We started off the week with BBQ Pulled Pork Stuffed Yams, then a Homemade Ranch Dressing that we used to top off the pulled pork, BBQ Baked Pork and Beans came next, and we saved the best for last with these Kansas Style Slow Cooker Ribs that are to die for. Seriously guys, you cannot beat this flavor.
It was time well spent prepping these bad boys the night before, and letting them marinate overnight. We highly recommend purchasing Weber’s KC BBQ Rub, which we lathered on the uncooked rack of ribs and let sit through the night. That and a mixture of Sweet Baby Ray’s original BBQ sauce and cocoa cola that the ribs cook in for 4 hours in the slow cooker. Are you starting to see how delicious this recipe is yet? And like most of our recipes on Blooming Bites, it’s easy to add to a weekly meal plan with few ingredients needed.
