- 1 long english cucumber
- 1/3 hummus
- paprika seasoning

Instructions
- Peel ‘stripes’ along the length of cucumber and cut in about 1-inch thick slices.
- Using a melon-baller or teaspoon to scoop a hole in the center.
- Pipe some hummus into the cavity. You can use a swirly piping tip, or cut off a corner of a little ziploc baggie and pipe through that.
- Sprinkle some paprika seasoning to top of these delicious hummus bites (optional).
