In our last blog post we shared a family favorite recipe for Pork Schnitzel, and we promised we’d bring you the recipe for it’s perfect, also family friendly, side dish. We want to start off by saying, as full fledged adults in our late twenties, we absolutely LOVE this recipe! Now you must be wondering, what point we are trying to make here, and you are going to be baffled once we do.
This recipe isn’t just for adults and kids, but for toddlers too! We weren’t kidding when we said family friendly! Ok so maybe we were so shocked because neither Sammy Nor I have kids yet, but you mom’s out there are probably thinking “Duh!” I mean it makes sense right? Broccoli, cheese, potato pureed together, the end result is a creamy, delicious, and filling recipe. Easy to eat with or without teeth right? HAHA! And the nutritional benefits in broccoli is a total bonus.
This has got to be one of the most versatile recipes we’ve ever shared as far as who can enjoy it. That is what makes the recipe so special, and we hope you try this out at home with your family. Chances are if we like it, you’re toddlers will too! Happy Cooking everyone!
