Alright friends, we are starting off this Monday with a special trifle that you must tune in for. We present you with the perfect morning treat, a Blueberry Waffle Trifle. And we could really use something sweet and special the day after Mother’s Day, you know? One day of delicious food and being waited on hand and foot with said delicious food was not enough.
As a soon to be mom, I was shocked and so appreciated at all the love I recieved. I got a glimpse at what being a Mom feels like on Mother’s Day and I liked it…a little too much! I feel like this Blueberry Waffle Trifle is the perfect thing for kids to throw together morning off for a special mom treat (with adult supervision of course).
But Mother’s Day or not, everyone loves to eat out of a jar. With toasted to perfection waffles, blueberries, whipped cream, and our secret weapon bacon topped with syrup; is it acceptable to eat one of these every morning because I would. The other benefit to trifles is how quick and easy they are to throw together. I don’t know about you my energy level first think is sometimes lower than zero, therefore quick and easy is sometimes the only way i’ll eat first thing.
So as we try to muster up energy on these weekday mornings, there is no better way than starting the day with a tastemade breakfast like this Blueberry Waffle Trifle. Be sure to grab the recipe below, and let us know how you like it. The fun thing about trifles is all the different variations you can create. Let us know if we’re missing a key ingredient. Happy day after Mother’s Day to all our mom readers, hope you all had a wonderful day yesterday!
