Hi guys, happy Wednesday! We are in full swing of our BBQ week here at Blooming Bites. If you are just tuning in, let me catch you up. Monday we shared BBQ Pulled Pork Stuffed Yams , Tuesday we share a Homemade Ranch Dressing recipe (because ranch and bbq is one of my favorite flavor combinations), and today we present to you the best recipe for BBQ Baked pork n Beans! It’s topped with bacon you guys, need I say more?
You gotta love a loaded baked beans recipe like this one. I’ve never devoured beans like I did with these so obviously we did something right. It’s such a perfect and easy to make recipe to feed a crowd. You will for sure get lots of love for making a big batch for your friends and family. It’s also just one of those fail proof side dishes you can always count on tasting delicious. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention that this is a one pan recipe! YAY! The only catch is it’s only one pan if you make it in a cast iron. After combining all the ingredients, they need to be baked for a good long while. Honestly, the longer the better. About 2 hours is perfect, those flavors need time to combine and the consistency should be like syrup. Perfection takes times my friends, and the reward is a scrumptious side dish that everyone is sure to fall in love with.
So, having shared a side kick side dish, of course we have to share a heroic main dish. On the menu for Friday is some Kansas style BBQ ribs that really completes these baked beans. We hope you stay tuned and come back to check it out! Until then….Happy Cooking!
