We are t-minus 1 Day to Halloween! How cute are these Candy Corn Jell-O Shots!? We had the best time throwing these guys together, and let me tell you how easy they are to make.
We all know making jello is as simple as adding boiling water to your jello powder and sticking it in the fridge to set. Well, that’s all you do here. The only thing is you have to wait an hour or so for each color to set before adding the next. Give yourself a good 4 hours to make these from start to finish. These versions are non-alcoholic because we will be sharing them with kids, but they can easily be made alcoholic. You will see a second recipe card below with the alcoholic version.
So, we are a day away from Halloween, and I am so excited to go trick or treating! And no, you are never too old to go trick or treating. It does help to have a child with you, but it’s not required…or maybe it is. I will be joining my brother and his family this year. His neighborhood goes all out with Halloween decorations, and it’s filled with kids.
I love trick or treating with my niece because she is so good at sharing her candy with me, don’t know many kids that do that. Her competitive spirit just wants to collect the most candy, and she ends up giving most of it away. Too funny, and so fun to watch her hustle for that candy!
So those are my plans this year, can’t think of a better way to celebrate than with friends, family, and kid friendly Jello shots! Hope you all have something fun planned. Take some time to check out our Halloween day post tomorrow as we will be bringing you a collection of the cutest Halloween themed recipes of 2017!
